Not to start. Beginner athletes train with academy equipment. As athletes advance, we guide families on purchasing their own competition gear and pistols.

No. We don't offer trial or drop-in sessions. Safety and proper training require that every athlete completes our orientation and enrollment process before stepping onto the line, and our program is built for athletes ready to commit to learning the sport. If you're unsure whether it's the right fit, contact us — a conversation with the coach will tell you far more than a single session would.

We accept athletes ages 9 and up. If you're unsure whether your child is ready, contact us. We're happy to talk it through.

No. All visits and consultations are by appointment only. Contact us to schedule a time, and we'll make sure you and your athlete get our full attention.

Both the athlete and a parent, together. This isn't optional. The consultation is where we get to know your athlete, walk through safety expectations, and make sure everyone understands what the program asks of them. That conversation only works with both of you in the room.

Yes — and it's the most supervised sport your child will ever play. Olympic-style shooting is a precision sport with one of the lowest injury rates in all of youth athletics. Every session runs under direct coach supervision with strict range protocol.

In many cases, yes. We provide training hour documentation and PE substitution support for enrolled athletes as long as your athlete’s school allows it. Ask us about your school's requirements.

Air pistol and .22 pistol are Olympic sports governed in the U.S. by USA Shooting. Junior athletes who compete in sanctioned matches can qualify for national rankings and, at the highest level, the USA Shooting National Junior Team/ USA National Team/USA Olympic Team, the pipeline to international and Olympic competition.
